Terms of Service

Quotes, lead times, and manufacturing recommendations are based on the files and requirements available at review time. Changes to drawings, materials, tolerances, quantities, inspection evidence, or delivery requirements may change cost and schedule. Buyers are responsible for confirming that submitted specifications reflect final product requirements.

Xometry may decline, revise, or request clarification for work that lacks sufficient manufacturing detail, conflicts with supplier capability, or requires documentation not identified at RFQ stage. Production begins only after commercial and technical requirements are accepted.
